Ingredients
| 1/2 | tsp | Fresh Ground Pepper |
| 2 or 3 | cloves | Garlic, Crushed |
| 1/4 | cup | Olive Oil |
| 1/2 | cup | Lemon Or Lemon And Lime Juice |
| 1/2 | tsp | Dried Thyme |
| 1/2 | tsp | Dried Rosemary |
Directions
Wholly or partially butterfly boned lamb. Combine all ingredients and use the resulting mixture to marinade lamb. Refrigerate overnight; turning occasionally. Cook over grill until desired doneness. Baste occasionally with marinade while roasting.
