Ingredients
| 1/2 | c. | Brown Sugar |
| 1/4 | c. | Maple Syrup |
| 1 | c. | Water |
| 1 | tbsp. | Oil |
| 1/2 | c. | Bourbon |
Directions
Combine all ingredients together. Place meat in container. Pour marinade over it - covering meat completely. Leave the meat marinated for 1 day.
Note: good for beef, lamb, veal, steaks)
