Mandarin Marinade And Dressing
Ingredients
| 1/2 | cup | Wine Vinegar |
| 3 | tbsp | Dark Sesame Oil |
| 1 | tbsp | Low Sodium Soy Sauce |
| 1 | can | Unsweetened Pineapple Juice (frozen) |
| 2 | tbsp | Peeled Ginger, Chopped |
| 1 | clove | Garlic, Chopped |
| 1/8 | tsp | Red Pepper Flakes, Crushed |
Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and mix well.
Refrigerate in tightly covered container.
When ready to use, marinade meat for at least 2 to 4 hours.
Mix well before each use.
