Mandarin Marinade And Dressing

Ingredients

1/2 cup Wine Vinegar
3 tbsp Dark Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 can Unsweetened Pineapple Juice (frozen)
2 tbsp Peeled Ginger, Chopped
1 clove Garlic, Chopped
1/8 tsp Red Pepper Flakes, Crushed

Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and mix well.

Refrigerate in tightly covered container.

When ready to use, marinade meat for at least 2 to 4 hours.

Mix well before each use.
