Mandarin Dressing & Marinade

Ingredients

2 tsp Chopped Peeled Ginger
1 can Frozen Unsweetened Pineapple Juice Concentrate
1 tbsp Reduced-sodium Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Dark Sesame Oil
1/2 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
1 clove Garlic, Chopped
1/8 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and mix well. Pour the mixture in a container. Cover and refrigerate. Mix well before each use.

Makes 1 1/2 cups of dressing and marinade. The mixture can be used on chicken salad and on stir-fries of all types.
