Mandarin Dressing & Marinade
Ingredients
| 2 | tsp | Chopped Peeled Ginger |
| 1 | can | Frozen Unsweetened Pineapple Juice Concentrate |
| 1 | tbsp | Reduced-sodium Soy Sauce |
| 3 | tbsp | Dark Sesame Oil |
| 1/2 | cup | Rice Wine Vinegar |
| 1 | clove | Garlic, Chopped |
| 1/8 | tsp | Crushed Red Pepper Flakes |
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender and mix well. Pour the mixture in a container. Cover and refrigerate. Mix well before each use.
Makes 1 1/2 cups of dressing and marinade. The mixture can be used on chicken salad and on stir-fries of all types.
