London Broil Marinade

Ingredients

4 tbsp Salad Oil
2 tbsp Wine Vinegar
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Basil
1/2 tsp Rosemary
dash or 2 Garlic Powder
1 Onion, Chopped

Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a shallow glass pan. Put steak in the mixture and marinate for 2 hours; occasionally turning the meat. Broil for 5 minutes, turn and brush with remaining marinade and broil for another 5 minutes or so. Slice steak diagonally across grain as thin as possible. Spoon juice over meat.
