London Broil With Creamy Louisiana Marinade
Ingredients
| 1/4 | tsp | Ground Black Pepper |
| 2 | Green Onions, Minced | |
| 1/4 | tsp | Salt |
| 2 | tsp | Lemon Juice |
| 1/2 | tsp | Worcestershire Sauce |
| 2 | cups | Mayonnaise |
| 1/2 | tsp | Creole Or Grainy Mustard |
| 1/2 | tsp | Paprika |
| 1 | tsp | Minced Fresh Basil Or 1/4 Tsp Dried |
| 1 | tsp | Minced Fresh Oregano Or 1/4 Tsp Dried |
| 1 | tsp | Minced Fresh Rosemary Or 1/4 Tsp Dried |
| 1/4 | tsp | Cayenne |
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Store the marinade overnight for best flavor. Spread marinade of both sides of meat. Refrigerate the marinated meat for 3 hours or overnight. Broil when ready. Marinade can also be used on seafood, poultry and vegetables.
