London Broil With Creamy Louisiana Marinade

Ingredients

1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
2 Green Onions, Minced
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 cups Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Creole Or Grainy Mustard
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Minced Fresh Basil Or 1/4 Tsp Dried
1 tsp Minced Fresh Oregano Or 1/4 Tsp Dried
1 tsp Minced Fresh Rosemary Or 1/4 Tsp Dried
1/4 tsp Cayenne

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Store the marinade overnight for best flavor. Spread marinade of both sides of meat. Refrigerate the marinated meat for 3 hours or overnight. Broil when ready. Marinade can also be used on seafood, poultry and vegetables.
