Ingredients
| 1/4 | cup | Ground Onions Finely Chopped |
| 1/4 | cup | Peanut Oil |
| 1 | tbsp | Dijon Mustard |
| 2 | cloves | Peeled And Minced Garlic |
| 1/4 | cup | Lime Juice |
| 2 | tsp | Grated Lime Peel |
| 1/3 | cup | Soy Sauce |
| 1/2 | tsp | Black Pepper Grounded |
Directions
Place your fish fillet pieces on a stainless steel or a glass dish that has sides able to hold the marinade. Add all marinade ingredients together. Pour on swordfish. Cover the dish completely and put in refrigerator for 2 - 4 hours. You can grill or broil 4 - 5 minutes per side.
Makes enough marinade for 8 fillets
