Lemon-garlic Swordfish Marinade

Ingredients

1/2 cup Dry White Wine
4 tbsp Olive Oil
4 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 cloves Garlic, Crushed
2 tbsp Dried Basil
1/4 tsp Ground Pepper

Directions

Rinse fish in cold water and let dry.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Place swordfish in marinade and refrigerate at least 3 hours, turning several times.

Best to marinade salmon and sea bass too.
