Lemon-based Oriental Marinade

Ingredients

3/4 c. Soy Sauce
2/3 c. Vegetable Oil
1/2 c. Lemon Juice
1/4 c. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 c. Prepared Mustard
2 cloves Garlic (minced)

Directions

Combine all and stir well. Use to marinate beef, pork or chicken for several hours or overnight prior to cooking. May be used for basting meat.
