Ingredients
| 1/2 | cup | Dry White Wine |
| 4 | tbsp | Olive Oil |
| 4 | tbsp | Lemon Juice |
| 2 | cloves | Minced Garlic |
| 2 | tsp | Dried Basil |
| 1/4 | tsp | Ground Pepper |
| 2 | lbs | Swordfish |
Directions
Prepare fish by rinsing in cold water. Drain excess water.
Combine all the ingredients and mix well in a bowl.
Place swordfish in marinade. Refrigerate for about 2 to 3 hours, turning several times.
Preheat grill and brush with salad oil.
Grill swordfish for approximately 10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.
Glaze with melted butter and garnish with lemon wedges.
