Lamb Chop Marinade

Ingredients

Lamb Chop Marinade

3 tbsp Dijon Mustard
2-3 cloves Garlic, Crushed
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Pepper
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 cup Olive Oil
3 tbsp Rosemary (chopped)

Directions

Combine mustard, garlic, balsamic vinegar and seasonings and slowly whish in the olive oil. Stir in the Rosemary and add lamb chops and toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate for 1- 3 hours or overnight.

August 11, 2011 after coating the lamb chops with this marinade, do I pour remaining marinade over chops and let meat marinate overnight like that?
