Kielbasa (polish) Marinade
Ingredients
| 1/3 | cup | Honey |
| 1/4 | cup | Vegetable Oil |
| 1 | tbsp | Soy Sauce |
| 1 | tbsp | Ground Ginger |
| 1/4 | cup | Spicy Mustard |
| 2 | cloves | Minced Garlic |
Directions
Kielbasa refers to cured sausages in Poland, and to preserved minced meats in canada and other countries in the North. This mariande recipe serves as acure for the meat.
Mix together all the ingredients.
Add kielbasa and marinate for an hour or longer.
Grill the meat, basting with the leftover marinade.
