Ketchup Marinade For Fish

Ingredients

2 tbsp. Ketchup
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 cloves Garlic
1 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Olive Oil
1/4 c. Orange Juice
1/4 c. Parsley

Directions

Mix well all marinade ingredients. Pour the finished mixture over fish in shallow pan overnight and place in refrigerator.

TO COOK: Preheat broiler and grease pan with oil. Broil 5-15 minutes until flaky.
