Johnnys Beef Marinade

Ingredients

Johnnys Beef Marinade

1 tbsp Dry Sherry
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 whole Sliced Scallions
1/3 cup Italian Dressing
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

Directions

Mix together the Dressing, scallions, sauce, sherry, ginger and garlic. Ensure its completely blended.

Place your steak in the marinade for at least several hours. Optimally in the refrigerator.
Flip often.

Cook as desired.
