Japanese Teriyaki Marinade

Ingredients

1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Orange Juice
1/2 tsp Ginger Root, Shredded
1 tsp Honey
2 cloves Garlic, Bruised

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a blender and liquify completely. Heat the mixture to a boil in a small saucepan, then simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool. The mixture (about 1/2 cup) will marinate 2 to 3 pounds of meat.
