Ingredients
| 2 | cloves | Garlic |
| 4 | slices | Fresh Ginger Root |
| 1 | Scallion | |
| 2 | tbsp | Soy Sauce |
| 4 | tbsp | Sherry |
| 1 | tbsp | Hoisin Sauce |
| 1 | tbsp | Chili Sauce |
| 1 | tbsp | Honey |
Directions
Cut scallion in 2 inch pieces and crush garlic and ginger root. Combine these 3 ingredients with the other remaining ingredients to make a marinade. Rub the mixture into pork and let stand for 2 hours, or rub into chicken and let stand overnight.
