Hoisin-chili Marinade For Chicken/pork

Ingredients

2 cloves Garlic
4 slices Fresh Ginger Root
1 Scallion
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
4 tbsp Sherry
1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1 tbsp Chili Sauce
1 tbsp Honey

Directions

Cut scallion in 2 inch pieces and crush garlic and ginger root. Combine these 3 ingredients with the other remaining ingredients to make a marinade. Rub the mixture into pork and let stand for 2 hours, or rub into chicken and let stand overnight.
