Herb Marinade For Steak (london Broil)

Ingredients

1/2 cup Salad Oil
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
1 tsp Salt, Marjoram And Thyme
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 clove Minced Garlic
1/2 cup Chopped Onion
1/4 cup Snipped Parsley (dried Or Fresh)

Directions

Combine ingredients in a 13 x 9 inch pan and put steak in pan. Refrigerate for two or three hours, turning meat occasionally. Cook when ready.
