Ingredients
| 1 | whole | Small Garlic Glove - Minced |
| 1/4 | cup | Chopped Onion |
| 1/2 | whole | Bay Leaf - Crushed |
| 1 | tsp | Dijon Mustard |
| 2 | tbsp | Vinegar |
| 2 | tbsp | Extra Virgin Olive Oil Also |
| 1/4 | cup | Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
| 1/4 | tsp | Basil - Dried & Crumbled |
Directions
Mix all ingredients into a shallow dish or bowl. Ensure all ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
Add your favorite type of fish. (I love this with swordfish) Turn the fish several times to ensure coating with the marinade on all sides.
Let the marinade get absorbed for at least one hour, turning occasionally.
Prepare barbecue. Grill fish until cooked - baste frequently.
Serve immediately.
Marinade makes enough to cover 1 lb. of fish about 1 inch thick.
