Ingredients
| 1/2 | c. | Salad Oil |
| 1/4 | c. | Lemon Juice |
| 1/4 | c. | Worcestershire Sauce |
| 1/4 | c. | Heinz 57 Sauce |
| 1/4 | tsp. | Garlic Powder |
| 1/4 | tsp. | Onion Salt |
| 1/4 | tsp. | Lemon Pepper |
| dash | Basil, Thyme, Oregano & Chives |
Directions
Pound garlic powder, onion powder and seasoned salt lightly into London broil or flank steak on both sides. Mix other ingredients and cover meat with marinade. Allow to marinade overnight or all day before grilling.
NOTE: Saute sliced fresh mushrooms in remainder of marinade (boil before adding mushrooms) and serve over steak, if desired.
