Hawaiian Wine Flank Steak Marinade
Ingredients
| 1/2 | cup | White Wine |
| 1/2 | cup | Pineapple Juice |
| 1/2 | cup | Soy Sauce |
| 2 | cloves | Crushed Garlic |
| 1 | tsp | Monosodium Glutamate |
| 1/2 | tsp | Ground Pepper |
Directions
Tenderize flank steaks by scoring with a knife or rubbing with a meat tenderizer.
Mix all the ingredients and let settle. Put meat in a deep pan or plastic bag and pour over the marinade mix into the pan or bag.
Best for broiling or pan-searing.
