Directions

NOTE: This recipe makes a large quantity of marinade. Best used for restaurants or large family gatherings. Will make over 2 gallons.

Start by mixing all of the ingredients together in a very large bowl or sealable container.

After mixing everything together, you are ready to use. If you want, the marinade can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 months. This makes enough marinade for 6 New York strips or sirloin steaks.

For best results, place your steaks and marinade in a plastic bag and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, or up to 2 1/2 days, Try to make sure you flip each steak every few hours.

Grill steaks to until done.
