Ingredients
| 1 | clove | Garlic, Minced |
| 1/4 | tsp | Minced Fresh Ginger |
| 1/2 | cup | Orange Juice |
| 1/4 | cup | Honey |
| 1/2 | cup | Red Wine Or Salad Dressing |
| Salt And Pepper As Desired |
Directions
Mix the honey, organe juice, ginger, garlic, wine/salad dressing, and salt/pepper together.
You should have enough marinade to cover about 4 pounts of swordfish. Let it marinate about 8 hours or even overnight in the refrigerator.
Grill your swordfish on the grill, while turning about every 5 minutes until done. Try basting it with any remaining marinade while cooking. It will takes approximately 20-25 minutes.
