Grilled Fish With Basil-balsamic Marinade

Ingredients

1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
3/4 cup Olive Oil
few drops Hot Pepper Sauce
1/4 cup Minced Fresh Basil
Salt And Freshly Ground Pepper To Taste
2 lbs Firm-fleshed Fish, Such As Swordfish Steaks

Directions

Whisk together vinegar, oil and hot pepper sauce, then stir in basil. Pour the resulting marinade over fish. Marinate fish for about 45 minutes, turning once before grilling. Grill and serve with mixed grilled vegetables.
