Ingredients

A Great Marinade

For Each Lb Of Meat, Combine Equal
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Vegetable Oil
1 tsp White Vinegar
Parts Of The Following:
Soy Sauce
White Or Red Table Wine Or Sherry

Directions

combine and Mix well!!!

Place in covered container (some kind of glass bowl or plastic container). Let it marinate overnight.
