Grand Avenue Brisket Marinade

Ingredients

4 - 5 lbs Brisket
1/2 tsp Onion Salt
1/2 tsp Celery Salt
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Liquid Smoke
1/4 cup Worcestershire

Directions

Combine all seasonings. Pour over brisket and marinate for 12-14 hours in refrigerator. Bake in 250 degree oven for 5-6 hours.
