Garlic Steak Marinade

Ingredients

1 London Broil
1 clove Garlic, Crushed
1 small Onion, Chopped
1 small Lea Perrin Steak Sauce
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

Directions

Combine garlic, onion, steak sauce, lemon juice and vegetable oil. Use the resulting mixture to marinate London Broil overnight, then grill.
