Ingredients
| 1 | cup | Vegetable Oil |
| 1/2 | cup | White Wine Vinegar |
| 1/2 | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | tbsp | Dry Italian Seasoning |
| 2 | tsp | Dry Mustard |
| 1 | tsp | Salt |
| 1 | small | Head Cauliflower |
| 1 | bunch | Broccoli |
| 1/2 | lb | Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced |
| 2 | medium | Green Peppers, Chopped |
| 1 | small | Red Onion, Thinly Sliced And Separated Into Rings |
Directions
Combine the first six ingredients to make a marinade and pour it over the vegetables. Chill for at least 3 hours.
