Fresh Garden Vegetable Marinade

Ingredients

1 bunch Broccoli
1 head Cauliflower
3 pcs Carrots
1 can Pitted Black Olives
1 can Mushrooms
1 Zuccini
1 Green Pepper
1 cup Vinegar
3 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Dill Seed
1 tbsp Garlic
1 tbsp Pepper
1 cup Vegetable Oil

Directions

Wash and drain vegetables and put in a deep pan. Mix the marinade ingredients together. Pour over the vegetables and refrigerate. Toss mixture three times in 24 hours.
