Flank Steak Marinade

Ingredients

1/2 c. Soy Sauce
1/4 c. Brown Sugar
2 tbsp. Oil
2 Cloves Garlic
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1 tbsp Freshly Grated Ginger

Directions

Mix the soy sauce, sugar, oil, garlic, pepper and ginger thoroughly. Soak the flank steak in the mixture overnight. Grill.
