Ingredients
| 2 | cloves | Garlic, Crushed |
| 1/4 | tsp | Onion Powder |
| 1 | tbsp | Cornstarch |
| 3/4 | cup | Apple Juice |
| 10 | oz | Beef Buillon Cubes |
| 2 | tbsp | Soy Sauce |
Directions
In a slow fire, heat the bouillon, apple juice, soy sauce, garlic and onion powder and let simmer for 5 minutes. Do not cover. Let cool for a while. Put beef in a deep pan and then pour mixture onto the meat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or over night. Add cornstarch. This recipe is also great for pork chops, burgers and barbecue.
