Ingredients
| 2 | tbsp | Fresh Thyme, Chopped |
| 1 | tbsp | Salt |
| 1 | tbsp | Fresh Sage, Chopped |
| 1 | tsp | Ground Pepper |
| 1/4 | tsp | Ground Allspice |
| 2 | cloves | Garlic, Minced |
Directions
This recipe complements pork, using dry mixtures of salt, pepper, herbs and spices rubbed over the meat for several hours before grilling.
Mix all the ingredients together. Rub the pork lightly with oil before coating it with the marinade so the dry ingredients will stick to the meat.
Dry marinades can be stored in a tightly closed container for up to 3 days.
