Delicious Salmon Marinade

Ingredients

Delicious Salmon Marinade

1/8 oz Black Pepper Cracked
1/4 oz Salt
1/2 oz Sugar
1 whole Yellow Pepper
1/8 bunch Dill Fresh
1 1/2 whole Lemons
3 oz Balsamic Vinegar
11 oz Olive Oil
1/2 whole Scallions
4x8 oz Salmon Steaks

Directions

Makes 1/2 quart of Marinade

Pour on Steaks 4 hours before cooking.
