Daves Fish Marinade

Ingredients

Daves Fish Marinade

1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Pepper
1 tbsp Grated Lemon Zest
2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Milk
2 tbsp Fresh Dill
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Directions

Take the dill, milk, paprika, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper and combine them in a large bowl.

Pour this over your fish of choice and let it sink in for about 30 minutes.

Cook your fish however you like.
