Creamy Louisiana Marinade

Ingredients

2 cups Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Grainy Mustard
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Fresh Basil, Minced
1 tsp Fresh Oregano, Minced
1 tsp Fresh Rosemary, Minced
2 tsp Lemon Juice
2 Onions, Minced
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Cayenne

Directions

Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and whisk. Let stand overnight.

Prepare pork (also best on beef or poultry) and coat it the with marinade mix on both sides.

Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.

Barbeque.
