Cranberry Chili Marinade
Ingredients
| 1/2 | cup | Pureed Cranberry Sauce (from Whole Cranberries) |
| 1/4 | cup | Heinz Chili Sauce |
| 1/2 | tsp | Hot Pepper Flakes |
| 1 | tsp | Zest Of Lime, Grated |
| 2 | tsp | Juice Of Fresh Lime |
| 2 | tbsp | Corn Oil |
| 1/2 | tsp | Fresh Ground Pepper |
Directions
This recipe is good for 2 pounds of chicken or other poultry. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together. Then coat the meat or poultry with the marinade, ensuring all sides and deep folds are coated. Cover and keep in refrigator for 3 hours. Best taste if marinated overnight.
