Cracked Pepper Beef Marinade
Ingredients
| 1/4 | cup | Mustard |
| 1/4 | cup | Worcestershire Sauce |
| 1/2 | cup | Lemon Juice |
| 3/4 | cup | Soy Sauce |
| 1 | cup | Oil |
| 1 | tbsp | Cracked Pepper |
| 2 | cloves | Garlic, Minced |
Directions
Combine the oil, lemon and worcestershire, mustard, pepper and garlic in a bowl. Blend completely.
Pour over your meat of choice. Allow to chill overnight or let stand at room temp for 2 hours.
Drain the excess marinade into a bowl. Place meat on skewers and brush with extra marinade.
Cook until done.
