Cornell Marinade For Chicken

Ingredients

1/2 c. Salad Oil
2 tbsp. Salt
1 pc Egg, Well Beaten
1 c. Vinegar
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Poultry Seasoning

Directions

Mix all the ingredients. Pour mixture over chicken. Marinate for at least 3 hours. Cook as desired.
