Ingredients
| 1 | qt. | Water |
| 1 1/2 | c | Vinegar |
| 2 | pcs. | Onions, Chopped |
| 1 | pc. | Carrot |
| 1 | clove | Garlic |
| 1 | tsp. | Dried Thyme |
| 12 | Whole Black Peppers | |
| 4 | sprigs | Sprigs Parsley |
| 1 | tbsp. | Tbsp. Salt |
Directions
Combine the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for an hour. Cool. Add meat. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Cook as desired.
