Cooked Marinade

Ingredients

1 qt. Water
1 1/2 c Vinegar
2 pcs. Onions, Chopped
1 pc. Carrot
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp. Dried Thyme
12 Whole Black Peppers
4 sprigs Sprigs Parsley
1 tbsp. Tbsp. Salt

Directions

Combine the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for an hour. Cool. Add meat. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Cook as desired.
