Complete Meat Marinade

Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco Oil
1/2 c. Onion (chopped)
1/2 c. Tomato Juice
1/4 c. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 c. Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 c. Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 c. Chili Sauce
1/2 c. Open Pit Bbq Sauce
1/4 c. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 Garlic (minced)
1/4 tsp. Thyme
1/2 tsp. Oregano And Dry Mustard

Directions

Blend all ingredients. Marinade meat in refrigerator for 2 to 3 days. Use sauce for basting. Great for kebabs.
