Classic French Barbecue Marinade

Ingredients

1/3 cup Dry White Wine
1/3 cup Corn Syrup
1/4 cup Salad Oil
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
2 cloves Crushed Garlic
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Chopped Parsley
1/2 cup Chopped Onions

Directions

Mix together corn syrup, white wine, oil, Dijon mustard, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper until well blended.

Stir in onion.

Pour over chicken, pork chops or steak in shallow dish.
Cover and refrigerate, turning occasionally, for 3 hours up to overnight.

Best for grilling.
