Ingredients
| 4 | tsp | Ginger, Ground |
| 1 | tsp | Garlic Powder |
| 1 | tsp | Onion Powder |
| 4 | cups | Soy Sauce |
| 1 | cup | Brown Sugar |
| 1/2 | cup | Lemon Juice |
Directions
This marinade is so easy to make and makes perfect coating for fajita-style grilling. Just mix everything in a jar. Pour marinade over meat for at least 2 hours or overnight in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
Just re-seal the jar and refirigerate again for future use.
