Chuck Roast Marinade

Ingredients

1/2 c. Wine
1/4 c. Vinegar
1/4 c. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 c. Mustard
1/4 c. Ketchup
2 tsp. Oil
2 tsp. Garlic Powder
Salt

Directions

Blend the ingredients. Soak the meat in the mixture. Marinate for 2-3 days. Charcoal broil.
