Ingredients
| 1/2 | cup | Salad Oil |
| 1/2 | cup | Ketchup |
| 1/4 | cup | Red Wine |
| 2 | Tbsp. | Wine Vinegar |
| 2 | cloves | Garlic, Chopped |
| 1/2 | tsp | Salt, Pepper, Dry Mustard, Celery Salt & Chili Pow |
Directions
Use chuck or English roast. Poke meat with fork. Combine ingredients and pour over meat. Marinade for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Remove meat from marinade.
Bake covered at 350 degrees for 2-2 1/2 hours. You can dip potatoes and carrots in extra marinade and bake for 1 1/2 hours, either in a separate pan or add to meat.
