Chinese Meat Marinade

Ingredients

1 cup Soy Sauce
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Marinate for 24 hours. Cook meat in marinade at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour. Drain off liquid. Cook an additional 1/2 hour at 375 degrees.



This recipe can be used on chicken wings, spareribs or sirloin tips (3-5 pounds).
