Chinese Marinade
Ingredients
| 1/2 | cup | Sugar |
| 1/2 | cup | Soy Sauce |
| 1 | tsp | 5 Spices |
| 2 | tbsp | Ketchup |
| 2 | tbsp | Hoisin Sauce |
| 1/2 | cup | Sweet Red Wine |
Directions
Mix the hoisin, ketchup, 5 spices, soy sauce, sugar and red wine together in a large bowl.
Pour it over the chicken and let it marinate 6-8 hours. (Overnight would be preferred).
Put your chicken covered in marinade in a baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1.5 hours.
This marinade also works on beef or pork too.
