Chimichurri Marinade
Ingredients
| 1 | tbsp | Paprika |
| 1 | Chipotle Chili | |
| 1 | tbsp | Rosemary |
| 2 | tbsp | Parsley - Chopped |
| 2 | tbsp | Oregano - Chopped |
| 2 | tbsp | Thyme - Chopped |
| 1 | cup | Virgin Olive Oil |
| 3 | cloves | Garlic - Chopped |
| 3 | tbsp | Vinegar |
| 1/2 | tsp | Sea Salt |
| 1 | dash | Black Pepper |
Directions
Start by Heating the olive oil in a saucepan until hot. Remove the heat and start adding the thyme, oregano, parsley, rosemary, chili paprika, garlic, vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir and leave at room temp for 1 hour.
Use the marinade to cover the steak in a dish or container of your choosing. This recipe works best on 1lb top sirloin steak. Make sure that you are turning the steak over several times to evenly coat it. NOTE: some of the remaining marinade to serve with the final product. Cover or close the container and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Then remove and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Cook as desired and serve with any of the reserved marinade.
