Chili Marinade

Ingredients

1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp. Wine Or Tarragon Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
3 Tbsp. Ketchup
1/4 pt. Water
Few Drops Tabasco Sauce

Directions

Combine all the ingredients together with a fork or wire whisk to thoroughly blend.

Pour over the food and pierce meat with fork, turning from time to time until required.

Refrigerate.


This is a wonderful marinade for barbecued steaks, spareribs, chops or roasts.
