Chicken And Steak Marinade

Ingredients

2 2/3 cups Soy Sauce (low Sodium)
1 cup Olive Oil
1 cup Dry Cooking Sherry
1 1/4 cups Honey
2 cups Green Onions Or Scallions
2 tbsp. Ginger
4 pcs. Crushed Garlic Cloves

Directions

Combine soy sauce, olive oil, sherry, honey, onions, ginger, and garlic in a bowl. Marinate the chicken or steak overnight in the fridge.
