Chicken Marinade For Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

1/4 1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 1/2 C. Shortening
1 1 Stick Butter
Salt & Pepper To Taste
Dash Onion Powder
1 1 C. Vinegar
1 1 C. Water
1 1 C. Water
2 2 Tbsp. Mustard
Juice Of 1 Lemon

Directions

Combine the ingredients in a bowl and then simmer. Baste it over chicken on grill for an hour, turning and basting frequently.
