Chicken In Mustard Marinade

Ingredients

1/2 cup Warm Honey
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 cloves Garlic, Pressed
2 tsp Curry Powder
1/2 cup Dijon Style Mustard

Directions

Mix together honey, mustard, soy sauce, curry and garlic in a bowl.

Coat chicken pieces in mixture and lay them close together in a baking dish.

Pour over any extra marinade.

Refrigerate for 8 hours, turning in marinade frequently.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 60-70 minutes basting frequently.
