Chicken In Mustard Marinade
Ingredients
| 1/2 | cup | Warm Honey |
| 1/4 | cup | Soy Sauce |
| 2 | cloves | Garlic, Pressed |
| 2 | tsp | Curry Powder |
| 1/2 | cup | Dijon Style Mustard |
Directions
Mix together honey, mustard, soy sauce, curry and garlic in a bowl.
Coat chicken pieces in mixture and lay them close together in a baking dish.
Pour over any extra marinade.
Refrigerate for 8 hours, turning in marinade frequently.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 60-70 minutes basting frequently.
