Carrot Marinade

Ingredients

5 cups Sliced Carrots
1 small can Tomato Soup
1 Medium Onion
1 Bell Pepper
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup Salad Oil
3/4 cup Vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Directions

Steam the carrots for about 15 minutes. Chop the onion and the bell pepper into small slices. Combine the steamed carrots, the onion and the bell pepper. Add all other ingredients, then pour this mixture to the carrot and refrigerate.
